returns & Warranty information

Returns Policy
1: Goods not required:
Distance purchasing customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day from the date of receipt of the item/s. Goods returned within this 7 working day cooling off period will not be charged a restocking and handling fee.

If the goods are returned outside the seven working day cooling off period then a 20% restocking and handling fee will be levied to cover internal processing costs involved in goods being returned.

To return your purchase, please contact us with notification that the goods are being returned by email to info@furyautoworx.co.uk. We will send you a returns form via email which we will need you to fill in and return alongside your product. Please package your item(s) securely and send it to us at:

For your protection, we recommend that you use a tracked delivery service that ensure sufficient insurance coverage in case of the goods being lost or damaged in transit. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us.

 

2: Goods arrived damaged, defective or incorrect
You must contact us to make us aware of the problem and return the goods within 30 days of receipt either by email to info@furyautoworx.co.uk.We will send you a returns form via email which we will need you to fill in and return alongside your product. Please package the item(s) securely and send it to us at:

You will be responsible for returning the goods at your cost. FURY AutoWorx will refund return postage costs with a maximum refund equivalent to FURY AutoWorx's costs for the package being dispatched from us to the you, the customer. These charges are calculated on both the weight and the size of the package. Please contact us for details of postage refunds. Replacement goods will not be shipped out before the original items are returned. We will cover all applicable and reasonable carriage costs involved.

 

Custom Made Items

Returns/Refunds are not accepted on custom made items unless the item arrived faulty. Should this occur please notify us straight away where we will arrange for the product to be returned to us for corrective action as necessary. If a product is returned as faulty and upon inspection we find the product to be serviceable and fit for use we will return the product to you. In some cases a fee may apply

These items still carry a warranty/guarantee and we will endeavour to repair any item that develops a fault

This warranty is invalidated if the product is not used as designed, improperly fitted or has been modified from original



Warranty Policy

1: Limited hardware warranty

Products sold through FURY AutoWorx Ltd are warranted from the initial date of purchase to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the period specified for the product in question provided the product remains unmodified and is operated under normal and proper conditions. Any modification or changes made to the product will invalidate your warranty

2: Obligation under warranty

FURY AutoWorx's sole obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of products or parts at FURY AutoWorx Ltd's discretion during the warranty period. FURY AutoWorx Ltd makes every effort to respond to warranty claims within a reasonable period of time after it has been notified. FURY AutoWorcx Ltd does not take any responsibility for delays in replacement or repair of products or parts.

Products and parts repaired or replaced by FURY AutoWorx Ltd under the warranty shall be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. This warranty gives end users specific legal rights, and particular end users may also have other rights.

The warranty applies only to the original owner and does not extend to any product that has been subject to misuse, neglect, accidental damage, unauthorized repair, or tampering.

The buyer is responsible for shipment process of the product to FURY AutoWorx Ltd and assumes all costs and risks associated with this shipment. Return shipment to Buyer will be at FURY AutoWorx Ltd expense. Buyer shall be responsible for return shipment charges for product(s) returned where FURY AutoWorx Ltd determines that there is no defect or where FURY AutoWorx Ltd determines that the product is not eligible for warranty repair or replacement.

3: Disclaimer of All Other Warranties

No other warranties, expressed or implied, are given. FURY AutoWorx Ltd expressly disclaims all other warranties, including and without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

4: Limitations:

No representative persons of FURY AutoWorx Ltd is authorized to make any guarantee, warranty, or representation that contradicts the terms contained in this Limited Warranty. In no event shall FURY AutoWorx Ltd be liable for consequential damages. FURY AutoWorx Ltd shall not under any circumstances whatsoever be liable to any party for loss of profits, diminution of good will, or any other special, consequential, or incidental damages whatsoever with respect to any claim in connection with products sold by FURY AutoWorx Ltd.

5: What May Void the Warranty

This Limited Warranty may be null and void in the event of improper installation, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, unauthorized repair, or tampering of any product by the end user or any third party or improper installation or failure to conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of any product by the end user or any third party. We highly recommend professional installation to ensure your warranty remains valid

6: Warranty Claim Process

Upon emailing us at info@furyautoworx.co.uk about your warranty claim we will send you a returns form via email which we will need you to fill in and return alongside your product. Please ensure that the goods are packed to the same standard as when shipped from FURY AutoWorx originally.

FURY AutoWorx recommends that end user fully insure the shipment in case of loss or damage during transit. It is recommended that the end user keep a record of the shipment and the tracking number. The end user assumes sole responsibility of products returning to FURY AutoWorx Ltd. FURY AutoWorx Ltd is not responsible for lost and/or damaged goods during transit.

7: Transportation costs

Return postage to end user will be at FURY AutoWorx Ltd's expense. Buyer shall be responsible for return shipment charges for product(s) returned where FURY AutoWorx Ltd determines that there is no defect or where FURY AutoWorx Ltd determines that the product is not eligible for warranty repair or replacement.

ENGINE SWAPS/CONVERSIONS

Deposits required

Engine conversions/swap require a non-refundable deposit upon booking the vehicle in. This deposit secures the place you have booked and the work to be carried out as agreed. If no deadline is given at time of deposit then we will continue to work on the vehicle as necessary to complete the work in a reasonable timescale

Deadline/Workload Changes & Budgets

We allow and cater for changes in designs and plans throughout a build. If this is believed to exceed the deadline set we will not be able to include your changes. This is the same also if the desired changes exceed the budget we're given.

If a deadline is shortened significantly for any reason, we will rearrange the work priority list to do the most suitable in that given time. Where a project is new and requires parts fabricating from scratch there will be a considerable time of development which may not be avoidable

Cancellations & Storage Charges

Work can be cancelled at any time. A final bill will be issued upon cancellation. This must be settled prior to the release of any vehicle or components. Once settled vehicles and components must be collected within 7 days before we begin applying storage charges. If work is cancelled before work is completed, the deposit is retained by FURY AuoWorx Ltd to cover any monetary loss caused by your vehicle.

If this is not settled within the time stated on the final bill then we will begin to apply storage charges of £16 per week per item, vehicles will be £50 per week.

Micra Budget Coilover Information

Budget K10/K11 Micra Coilovers (Special Order Only)

Some basic info:

They're a modified coilover set. These are a base kit made to suit the Micra, this keeps costs down allowing the price to be as low as it is. The rears are BC Racing Micra springs on adjusters and shortened suitable shocks. Bushes are polyurethane with a crush tube for the standard 12mm bolt (10mm for a K10).

As the title implies, these are budget coilovers. They're not going to get you on the top spot in a race, nor are they going to be ultimately comfy, but they function and work, keeping the car low and stiff. Why? Too many people compare them to the likes of GAZ and BCRacing coilovers of which there is no fair comparison. These are expensive and extensively tested by large companies with large budgets and premiums. These are made to get the car low and keep it there, that's all

How low do they go?

This question pops up more than most. And there's no fixed answer, every car is different

As a guide, a base set will lower a standard K11 approx 25-65mm on the front and around -60mm on the rear and they can be adjusted either way. They can sit at near on standard height and can lower a car to the floor. The manufacturer of the base kit doesnt give a guide to pass on but will easily raise 50mm

 

How long do they take?

3-4 Weeks

 

Do I need an Adjustable Panhard Rod? (K11 Only)

Yes. The panhard rod also needs to be correctly set up, previous version where Nylon was used for the bushings will snap off the lower ring if an adjustable panhard rod isnt equipped nor set up correctly. As such, if you dont equip a panhard rod and set it up correctly, and the coilovers fail, this is entirely on your own back.

* Well that's not fair? Then dont lower your car, you're only endangering yourself and other road users.

* Shouldnt you provide coilovers that work without the adjustable rod? No we shouldn't. Nissan intended the use of a Panhard rod on their rear axles, therefore you should respect that and carry out modifications properly. If you still have an issue take it up with Nissan themselves

* Will my guarantee be invalid if I dont use an adjustable rod? Yes, immediately

 

Want to Do It Yourself (Old Style TA Technix coilovers)

Think it seems simple? The parts n pieces used to create them can be bought separately so you can make them yourself, available in the shop.

 

The following applies to all Coilovers

THESE ARE NOT STOCKED. They're made to order only. Lead time is 6-8 weeks for any special order kit. 3-4weeks for a standard kit. C-Spanners on these kits are only included with full kits unless otherwise stated as we're not supplied with any upon ordering parts

 

Guarantee & Warranty Information

These are guaranteed for 1 year from date of arrival if they meet the following requirements;

- These must be fitted by a qualified professional for the guarantee to remain valid (proof required)

- Any modification to the coilovers or their mountings will instantly invalidate the guarantee as they wont work as designed. If issues occur or persist, then please take them back to where they were fitted for remedial work. We're not responsible for anybody else's work

- An adjustable panhard rod must be fitted and adjusted correctly (proof required)

 

Warranty? The manufacturer of the coilovers offer a 1 year warranty. We can only offer a warranty on work carried out by ourselves, provided the above conditions are met

 

Refunds and Returns

Returns are again accepted for many reasons. If there's a problem let us know and we'll endeavour to see it resolved in whichever way is best. Any remedial work if necessary will be carried out without question, providing the guarantee requirements have been met, so please inspect them once they arrive and send a message

As they are custom made items the policy on custom made items applies (see above). They can't be returned if you decide you don't want them no more for example. As we ship worldwide and these are modified coilovers it is the responsibility of the buyer to check the legality of these in your country

 

All information is provided above for your decision to purchase to be clear. We advise you read this and be clear on your decision to purchase beforehand

 

Stock items eg Strut Braces are returnable
